Labor Day

Did you know Labor Day began as a symbol of peace between the labor unions and our government in 1894 by Presidential proclamation?  We now celebrate not only the hard dedicated work of the American workers on Labor Day but we now add other reasons.

Labor Day is considered the end of summer, the beginning of our football season and a time to begin to shift to our fall wardrobe.  Labor Day is saying good bye to our warm sunny days of food and clothes and hello to the advent of fall. Celebrate this Labor Day as an end of one phase of your life and the beginning of a new era.
