Here’s a quick lesson in anger. Anger is hard to let go off. It’s also hard to forget, and sometimes to forgive.
A short temper can permanently affect others. This is especially true when words are spoken in anger. So, the next time you are losing your temper, don’t. Take a deep breath, take a walk or count to ten. If it helps to put some distance between you and whatever has angered you, revisit it in a day or two when you can approach it more calmly.
