For Celebration Of The Senses Day, do a special type of meditation. Close your eyes for a moment and focus on what you are listening to, then thank your hearing center. Focus on your nose and take a deep breath through your nose, smell your surroundings, and then thank your nose. Thank your mouth for the gift of taste and all the delicious food you have enjoyed in your life. Open your eyes and tell your eyes you are grateful for sight each day as you see the beauty of the world. Run your hands across your skin and thank your sense for the gift of touch. It would be a blessing to do this each day of your life.
