Easy Yummy Holiday Fudge

Are you looking for easy Christmas sweets to serve at your upcoming holiday gathering? If so, fudge may be the solution. All you need is a little butter, sugar, flavoring, and milk/water. Combine it all together and you’ve got yourself a delicious, chocolaty creation that is sure to be a big hit with your family and friends. Pistachio Fudge

 Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 package (4 serving size) of instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of shelled pistachios
 Directions
  1. Line an 8×8 square baking pan with foil. Set aside.
  1. In a microwave-safe large bowl, melt chocolate chips, butter and water, in the microwave, on high for one minute. Remove from microwave and stir until chocolate chips are fully melted. If needed heat for an additional thirty seconds.
  1. Stir dry pudding mix to chocolate mixture. Once completely combined, stir in sugar, one cup at a time. Fold in shelled pistachios.
  1. Press fudge into prepared pan. Refrigerate for two hours to set.
  1. Remove fudge from pan and remove foil. Use a sharp knife to cut cleanly into squares. Store in an airtight container.

Red Velvet Cake Batter Fudge

 Ingredients
  • 3 cups of Red Velvet cake mix
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 10 tablespoons of butter, cubed
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decorating
 Directions
  1. Sift together cake mix and powdered sugar in a large microwaveable bowl. Add cubed butter and milk, no need to stir. Microwave on high for two minutes.
  1. Immediately remove from microwave and stir until all blended and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips making sure they completely melt in. Press fudge into a lightly greased 8×8 pan, add sprinkles on top if using and refrigerate until set, about two hours. Cut into squares and enjoy.
