Be A ‘Safety Net’ For Someone in Need
During this pandemic, many people, and families, are struggling with finances and housing. I am asking you to help a family in need with their precious pet. As families figure out new housing and placements, they need short-term housing for their beloved pets during this transitional time. These families need temporary, short-term foster parents for their 4-legged babies.
You can request a dog or a cat for short-term foster care to help a family stay together during their time of crisis. Most of the time, the organization you foster them from even will pay for the animals food and medical bills.
If you live in the Metro Atlanta area, please contact LifeLine Animal Project to see how you can help out another family who risks losing their beloved family member through their ‘Safety Net’ program. If you live elsewhere, just search on Google for “local animal shelter”. And if you can’t foster, please consider volunteering instead.
