Garlic is one of the wonders of the food world that has been used in most cultures since there has been record keeping.  There are many health benefits attributed to garlic such as aiding the prevention of heart disease, boosting your immune system and lowering your cholesterol but the research is not solid on these claims.  On Garlic Day celebrate this fragrant, healing, sensuous gift from Mother Earth.
