Karen Grimord is a true “shero” in our world today. Karen is a grandmother from Virginia who sends boxes filled with needed supplies to wounded warriors around the world. She has sent 7,300 care packages for wounded soldiers at hospitals overseas. She is retired and lives off a very sparse income but dips into her own savings and spends $40,000 a year on shipping alone. Karen is a model for all of us. She saw a need and did not wait for others. Karen started gathering needed goods in her garage, bought boxes and began this prized journey. Bless you, Karen Grimord.
