Higher breathing rate, outside of exercise, is usually indicative of a person under stress or experiencing health issues. Every two hours stop and do a breathing practice. To the count of 4: inhale, 1-2-3-4 and then exhale, 1-2-3-4. Practice deep breaths because when you breathe, oxygen-rich blood flows to your brain, refreshing and renewing your precious body, mind, and soul.
