National Get Organized Month

Take the whole month to consider what needs organized in your life. Make a complete list of what needs to be organized. Living in a disorganized environment actually causes stress and can lead to depression. Just take it one step at a time. How about you start with your silverware drawer, your underwear drawer, or one of your file cabinet drawers? Your list may include kitchen and bedroom cupboards, drawers, your garage, your home work space, or your children’s toys.

Just making a list and attacking it one hour at a time once a week will make you feel so much better.
