National Hot Tea Month

January is National Hot Tea Month!

Not only is tea an ancient, prized ritual, it also has innumerable health benefits. Studies show tea helps reduce heart disease, cancer risk, and blood pressure. Begin your day with some delicious breakfast blend tea, try peach tea for lunch, and drink green tea during your break. Once a day, try to take some time for a tea break; it’ll do your body good. You can even make your own homemade herbal tea!
