Today is National Let’s Hug Day! Hug someone or lots of people you care about today at work and at home on National Lets Hug Day.  Research shows us that when you hug someone your stress level, blood pressure and heart rate lowers and you produce a bonding hormone called oxytocin.  Another study shows that people who received hugs after a presentation had decreased levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
