It’s National Peanut Day! Do you know how nutritious peanuts are? Peanuts originated in Central America and have been a prized source of nutrition for centuries. Peanuts are rich in minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins that are essential for good health.

Celebrate Peanut Day

Celebrate this holiday by incorporating peanuts into your meals or to keep them around as a snack. Or you can make peanut- or peanut butter-based recipes. You can try sesame-peanut bars, which is made with roasted, unsalted peanuts. Or you can make banana and peanut butter popsicles made with, you guessed it, bananas and peanut butter.
