Did you know that procrastination creates incredible stress in your life? When you know you have to do a project and you delay what you have to do, the project lingers on your mind. You can get anxious and each day your resistance to doing the project grows. Fight procrastination by writing down what you have to do the moment you know what it is. Under the task, list three items you must do to move the project along. Then write a completion date beside the project.

Procrastination is a nasty habit and it is easily cured with Mindful steps.
