Investigate your stress today. What is it that zaps your energy? What gives your energy? Get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. Write debit on the left side of the paper and write credit on the right side of the paper. On the debit side make a list of the people, events, or experiences in your daily life that stress you and suck your energy from you. On the credit side make a list of people, events or experiences that give you energy and love. Now that you can see the stressors that drain your energy, you can begin to work on these triggers.
