Here is all you will need for this delicious winter cabbage soup

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans tomatoes
  • 8 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 14cup chili sauce (if you don’t have this you can add 1 tsp. of chili powder)
  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 12 tsp. salt
  • 12 tsp. pepper
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable bouillon
  • 14 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 14 tsp. basil leaves
Directions
  1. Melt margarine in large soup pot.
  2. Add onion and celery.
  3. Saute veggies until soft.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Keep soup simmering and then cover.
  6. Cook for one hour or until you can’t wait!
