Do you give thanks to each animal that graces your plate each day? World Farm Animals Day honors the sacrifice of the lives of pigs, chickens, cows, turkeys, and other animals that provide us with nourishment and proteins.

Every year, millions of animals are killed in factory farms for the production of the dairy, eggs, and meat we eat. Today, if you eat meat, please take a moment and give gratitude to the animal who sacrificed their life for your nourishment. If you don’t eat meat, say a word of thanks for the animals that have made other products for you, like leather.
