This yoga for insomnia routine is great to do before bed. It will help  with insomnia and also help you to relax. So join me for this 15 minute yoga routine to help aid in a better night sleep. This yoga practice is also great for beginners.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficulty falling and/or staying asleep. Most cases of insomnia are related to poor sleep habits, depression, anxiety, lack of exercise, chronic illness, or certain medications. Roughly 60 million Americans, or 1 in 3 people, are affected by the sleep disorder each year. 83% of people who suffer from depression also experience symptoms of insomnia. So try this yoga for insomnia routine the next time you can’t sleep – we bet it helps!
