Easter is a time to celebrate resurrection in all its forms. Resurrection can be a daily spiritual practice. Each morning when you open your eyes imagine this is your resurrection day. Create daily resurrection practices for yourself. Begin with awareness. Become aware of your five senses and the beauty and wonder that infuses you in each moment through your senses. You interpret the world through your senses. Resurrection can mean your rebirth each day. What intentions are you setting and fulfilling each day? Root your daily resurrection in mindfulness which means becoming aware that your every thought, word, and emotion impacts you, your family, society, and the environment. Happy Easter.
