Grilling is fun and healthy. Not sure what to grill? Turn on your grill, slice some fresh veggies and put on a piece of your favorite protein source (such as meat, tofu, or meat substitute). Get creative by trying a variety of sauces on your grilled foods such as maple barbecue or ginger-lime teriyaki or a garlic and lime combo.
