Don’t you love the feeling you experience when someone treats you with reverent respect?  We live in a culture where respect for ourselves, for other human beings, and our planet has become a rare commodity. Today is the day to engender respect back into ourselves and our world.

When you see people today, smile and look into their eyes. Really listen deeply to others when they speak to you. Show respect for the food you eat, for your animals, and for each family member and co-workers. Try this experiment today and see how your relationships transform.
