Are you aware of the mental health of those around you? This means the people who surround you at home and at work. Does someone you care about seem stressed out? Does someone else seem slow and depressed? Does someone else have profound mood swings? You can Google symptoms at WebMD and get an idea of what may be bothering someone you care about. You may want to take this person to lunch, have a cup of coffee or go on a walk and discuss what you are noticing in their behavior. Discuss this with great respect and love. Many of us are miring in a mental disorder and don’t know how to get help until someone else leads us out of our darkness.
