It’s World Mental Health Day, an important day for everyone, even you are in great mental health. We should all reach out to loved ones in our lives and make sure that the people we love are taking care of their mental health.

Are you aware of the mental health of those around you, at home and at work? Does someone you care about seem stressed or do they experience profound mood swings?
For World Mental Health Day, why not take this person to lunch, have a cup of coffee, or go on a walk and offer to be a listening ear. Show them great respect and love. Many of us struggle with mental issues and don’t know how to get help until someone else leads us out of our darkness.
