Each of us think thousands of thoughts all day long but are we really aware of what we are thinking. So many of us are thinking negative things or worrying and research is showing us this is just unhealthy and can make us physically and mentally sick. Today monitor your thoughts. Are you thinking loving, optimistic, hopeful thoughts or are you thinking gloom, worry or living in the past? You are what you think so don’t you think it is time to wake up and become aware of your thoughts today?
This day is also a time for young girls and women all over the world to come together and support one another. World Thinking Day is led by the Girl Scouts and the Girl Guides.
