Mindful living teaches you the benefits of integrating mindfulness into every facet of your life. When you live mindfully you can find your passion, live intentionally, face your fears and transform your life for the better.
Mindless Living is a life of mindless habituation. A habit is a mindless action. Mindfulness is living with awareness and intention. It is our sincere hope that the people who allow themselves to perpetuate Mindless Living see there are consequences to their actions and that mindless living does nothing to help the greater good, and only adds suffering and chaos into the world.
