A nonprofit in Central Florida called Project Street Vet is doing a great thing. They are helping to keep the un-housed community and their pets together by providing free veterinary care. For them, pets are not just companions; they’re family and this vet understands the bond. As a result, they are providing free vet care to help people experiencing homelessness stay with their pets.
