Take A Walk In The Park Day

It’s spring! Get out and enjoy a  nice walk in a park near you. Do you know where the nearest park is to your home and your office? Get some Eco-therapy.  We have emerging science called Eco-therapy telling us the health benefits of getting out into nature.  Being in nature lowers our stress and depression. So for National Take a Walk in The Park Day grab a friend, family member or dog and head to the park.
