We spend enormous amounts of money on our physical appearance, from our haircuts to the shoes we wear. Many of us focus on decorating the outside of our bodies because we have gaping wounds on the inside. Today, let’s focus on the inside. For Healing From the Inside Out Day, be aware of your negative feelings, like fear, anger, jealousy, or worry. Take note of these emotions and begin to investigate what they mean or where they come from. You may need some help from a counselor, therapist, or friend to heal from the inside out. When you feel complete emotionally, what you wear becomes icing on the delicious cake.
