April is Stress Awareness Month, making it a great time to manage your stress. What is it that stresses you out that? What zaps your energy and what gives your energy? Get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. Write ‘debit’ on the left side of the paper and write ‘credit’ on the right side of the paper. On the debit side make a list of the people, events or experiences in your daily life that stress you and suck energy from you. On the credit side make a list of people, events or experiences that give you energy and love. Now that you can see the stressors that drain your energy you can begin to work on these triggers.
