The first Wednesday of April is known as National Walking Day. It’s the perfect opportunity to get moving and jump start your lagging exercise routine. Head to the gym and speed walk on the treadmill. Take a long walk around the neighborhood. Consider taking a walk during your lunch break at work. Make this the start of your new commitment to exercise more on a regular basis.
