Do you have flowers planted around or in your home to cheer you up during the dreary days of winter?  Today is National Winter Flowers Day. Research tells us that flowers can decrease depression and anxiety and make us more creative and productive. Pansies are great and most grocery stores have these beautiful blooming plants you can keep inside for the winter. Surrounding yourself with flowers is an investment in your physical and mental health.
