It’s New Year’s Day! This new beginning means a new you! Write down three things you will accomplish this year. Keep it on your bathroom mirror and by your bed, so you see it first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. Also, write down a word that embodies what you will focus all your energy towards. Say it to yourself every day. Let it be a source of inspiration. Expect miracles in this happy, new year.
