
Do you do a regular emotional wellness check on yourself and those you love? Most of us check our physical health but ignore the critical nature of our emotional health. It is time to evaluate your levels of stress and depression. Do you feel anxious, stressed, or fearful? Are you experiencing insomnia, lethargy, hopelessness or self-destructive feelings? Rate each of these on a 1-5 basis. 1 is almost no symptoms and 5 is maximum amount. Keep your numbers from week to week and month to month to get a trend of your emotional health.
