It was early in the morning and I was feeding the horses. Something out of the corner of my eye caught my attention. There was a large group of robins chattering and eating. There it was, an albino robin. I looked very closely at the white bird to make sure and yes, it was a pure white robin.
Birds mate by color and I wondered if this little white robin had lived a lonely life of rejection or if the other robins had accepted her and she was part of the flock. Or maybe this white robin is a sign to the other robins of the Divine and this robin is considered holy. The white buffalo is a great sacred sign of the Divine to the Native Americans. Thank you white robin of hope!
