Now is the delicious season for yummy peaches. August is National Peach Month, so it’s time to appreciate this nutritional fruit.

A study from the National Cancer Institute discovered that a person who regularly ate peaches had a 40 percent lower risk of neck and head cancer. A New Jersey Medical School study found that peaches stopped the growth of colon cancer cells.
