When was the last time you made contact with a good friend? So many of us are so busy that we don’t make time to nourish and foster our friendships. National Women’s Friendship Day is a chance to change all of that.

Tips for National Women’s Friendship Day

Studies show us that people with friends are happier and much healthier. Plan a weekly lunch with a friend on your calendar, write a reminder to drop them a note, and touch base with friends three times a week. It is easy to let your friends slide and then it can become awkward to get back together after a long time. Friendships last a lifetime and are one of the greatest gifts in life.
